As a Canadian RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my practice.

Since beginning my path, I’ve regularly practiced yoga. I now feel honoured to be able to share all that I’ve learned with my students. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
It’s time to realign your mind, body, and spirit
My Story
Beginning as a competitive dancer for 13 years, part of my love for yoga came from the importance of proper alignment in order to prevent injury. In hopes to stop nursing an injury, I looked to yoga to safely stretch and strengthen my body, while maintaining my love for movement. Over the course of just a few months, my love turned into a passion and with that, I began my yoga practice. I wanted to share my deep connection with my body, mind, and soul, with others. Not only has yoga helped me realign my body, but it has also allowed me to reconnect with my inner self.
3 years ago, I began training with @maryvivilecchia, to become a yoga instructor. After spending over 200 hours dedicated to the physical technique and spiritual aspects of yoga, I am now a certified yoga instructor. The Yoga Tutorial hopes to use this platform to share this knowledge so that others can find proper alignment to prevent injury and enhance their overall lifestyle too.
My passion for forming deep and meaningful relationships with people and making a positive contribution to the community shines bright in The Yoga Tutorial. Being a third-year business student at The University of Western Ontario, yoga has allowed me to relax, reduce my anxiety, deeply connect with myself, and improve my overall strength.
